While I regret that those who do not use browsers capable of frames and Java will not be able to adequately enjoy this site, the simple fact of the matter is that to accommodate you would require a great deal of time and effort that I simply don't have. This problem is aggravated by the fact that you are, for good or bad, in a very minuscule minority. I have to devote my time and energy to supporting the vast majority of users who use frames and Java enabled browsers. There are those who bemoan the loss of "purity" in sites that require anything more advanced than text-only browsers. I respect your point of view, and even understand it, but I do not agree with it. When used appropriately, frames, Java, and other advancements in HTML and the web provide significant enhancements to the viewing experience. I believe that I have used these technologies appropriately in this web site, and will rely solely on my own judgment with regards to that appropriateness.
